Gatherat Fiduciaire is your French-speaking trust company, established in Châtel-St-Denis since 2023. Our mission: to offer close, rigorous and modern trust support, allowing our clients to focus calmly on their activity.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous trust employee who wishes to develop in a modern, human-sized work environment focused on client satisfaction.
Your tasks
- You maintain the general accounting of our clients (SMEs, self-employed, associations) and prepare the annual closures.
- You prepare the VAT returns for our clients.
- You prepare tax declarations for our clients (legal entities and individuals).
- You handle payroll management and social insurances for our clients.
- You draft contracts and common administrative documents on behalf of our principals.
- You are a reliable point of contact for our clients and maintain a relationship of trust on a daily basis.
Your profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC with at least 2 years of experience in the trust field, or you have obtained your CFC in the trust/real estate sector (experience then not required).
- You master common IT tools (MS Office) as well as one or more accounting software.
- You are rigorous, organised and able to manage several files in parallel.
- You have a sense of service and client contact, and you demonstrate discretion.
- French is your working language; German is an asset.
