HR Business Partner

To complete its team, the Human Resources Department is looking for a

Your mission:

• Assume the role of partner and contact person for all HR matters of the population dedicated to you
• Support and advise the line and collaborators in key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Play an important role in conflict management, change support, employee development and succession planning
• Conduct team diagnostics and propose measures with the support of the Responsible HR Business Partner
• Ensure and develop management training
• Handle cases related to labour law
• Support managers in absence management, recruitment, dismissal processes and in managing complex cases
• Participate in various projects for the HR Directorate

Your profile:

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent training
• Federal diploma as a human resources specialist is an asset
• Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language
• Experience in project management and/or change management is an asset
• Knowledge of current legislation (Lpers / Rpers)
• Ability to work independently, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with colleagues and the team, a sense of responsibility and discretion, strong customer orientation
• Dynamic and convincing personality who knows how to take initiative and assert themselves in difficult situations
