For an industrial company in the canton of Zug, we are looking for a responsible person as

Accounting Clerk D/E 80-100% (a)

Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Checking, coding and posting invoices
• Carrying out payment runs and reconciling bank transactions
• Maintaining and reconciling general and subsidiary ledgers
• Supporting quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparing VAT returns
• Processing expense and credit card statements
• Collaborating with fiduciary partners in an international environment
• Creating reports and contributing to process optimisations

You bring with you:

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of general and subsidiary ledger accounting, payment transactions and financial statements
• Understanding of VAT processes
• Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• High sense of responsibility and discretion
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of collaboration
