Software Engineer AI & Data (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You develop modern software solutions for various companies and sustainably digitalise business processes
You programme web, desktop and cloud applications and take prototypes through to productive operation
Using Python, modern frameworks and APIs, you implement scalable applications and intelligent interfaces
You develop AI-supported solutions, including RAG systems, AI agents, LLM applications and intelligent workflows
Additionally, you design data models, data pipelines and integrations with ERP, CRM, CAD, BIM and DMS systems
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, software engineering or data science or comparable IT affinity
Several years of experience in software development and very good knowledge of Python
Experience with FastAPI/Django, Git, DevOps, APIs as well as SQL/NoSQL
Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, semantic search and unstructured data
Fluent written and spoken German
