Your area of responsibility

• You ensure a smooth outpatient operation as well as efficiently designed administrative processes
• You work in rotation at reception, in the back office and on the secretariat telephone
• You organise the various outpatient clinics from referral through appointment scheduling to service recording and maintain all data in the clinical information system EPIC

• With your ideas, you actively contribute to the further development of processes in the outpatient clinics

Your experience

• You have completed training as a medical secretary and already have professional experience in the field of surgery
• Your reliable and precise way of working, combined with resilience and teamwork, makes you a valuable member of our team
• Thanks to your strong organisational talent, you keep an overview even in hectic situations and thus contribute to the efficiency of the workflow
• You maintain a friendly manner with all contacts, which underlines your ability for effective communication and cooperation
