Software Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Develop and further develop business applications, ERP solutions, and internal tools using .NET, Java, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Analyse requirements from specialist departments, create technical concepts, and collaboratively transform them with key users into practical solutions.
Design, integrate, and reliably operate interfaces and data flows with APIs, SQL, and NoSQL.
Ensure quality through unit, integration, and acceptance tests, bug fixing, as well as performance and stability optimisation.
Support applications at 2nd/3rd level, accompany releases, and purposefully use Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, and AI tools.
Qualifications:
Training in application development or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
Experience in software development with .NET, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
Knowledge of ERP and business applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Access databases as well as Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms.
Understanding of business and industrial processes and experience with AI-supported tools.
