Network & Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Networks are more than cables and configurations to you. As a Network & Security Engineer, you plan and operate sophisticated infrastructures from LAN/WLAN to WAN and firewall environments. You advise customers on an equal footing and present technical arguments clearly. There is also plenty of freedom to help shape adjacent topics such as cloud, security, or system engineering.
Responsibilities:
You plan, implement, and operate complex network infrastructures including site networking and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
You take the lead or participate in technically demanding IT projects
You continuously develop the network architecture and introduce new technologies
Furthermore, you provide technical advice to customers and support pre-sales
Additionally, you provide third-level support for complex fault analyses
You also actively shape adjacent areas such as cloud and security
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in network technology at a senior level
You approach complex technical issues in a structured and independent manner
You enjoy working in a team and drive technologies forward with curiosity
Customer-oriented and responsible behaviour characterises your working style
You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage
You also hold a category B driving licence
