About the job
An established company is seeking reinforcement in the internal sales department for technical customer advice and order processing. The company specialises in the conversion and modification of minibuses and vans and offers a modern workplace within a collegial team. The position combines technical advice in several languages with commercial responsibility and includes occasional trade fair participation.
- Preparation and processing of offers and orders
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and support in acquiring new customers
- Representation of the company at events
- Communication with customers in German as well as French or English
- Experience in internal sales is required for this position
- Very good knowledge of German as well as good English or French skills, both spoken and written (knowledge of Italian is an advantage)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications is expected here
- High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
