Are you passionate about daily customer contact in a lively café? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. For our Caffè Spettacolo in Lausanne, we are currently looking for support for 16 hours/week, paid hourly.
You will be responsible for
- Welcoming and advising our customers with professionalism and friendliness, as well as actively selling coffee specialties and Italian snacks
- Freshly preparing hot and cold coffee specialties as well as bakery products
- Conveying true Italianità through excellent product knowledge and an authentic presence
- Confidently using the till
- Presenting our offer attractively and ensuring cleanliness and order in the work environment (including clearing and restocking)
What sets you apart
- Experience or training in catering or sales
- Strong customer orientation and sense of service
- Passion for caffè as well as an open and enthusiastic personality
- Very good knowledge of German
- Flexibility to work weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
