Role:
To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer SPS (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the development and improvement of our products in collaboration with Research & Development and the Service department.
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimisation of SPS software for our automation systems with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- Creation of technical concepts and specifications in collaboration with R&D
- Supervision and execution of commissioning of our systems
- Close cooperation with the Service department in analysing and resolving faults and malfunctions
- Continuous development and improvement of our products in collaboration with R&D and the Service department
- Preparation of documentation and training materials for our customers and employees
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in SPS programming with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- Experience in commissioning automation systems
- Knowledge in developing HMI applications
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
- Team player with an independent working style
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
