Your tasks with the new employer

• Your main responsibility includes managing the financial accounting including monthly closings
• You are also responsible for personnel administration, payroll processing, and support in recruitment processes
• You analyse business management key figures and prepare meaningful reports for management to support informed decision-making
• Close collaboration takes place with internal departments to optimise processes and further develop existing finance and HR structures
• You accompany projects in the finance and personnel area with a focus on digitalisation and process improvement
