Specialist in Claims Control
What you can achieve
- You retrospectively review outpatient and inpatient services and ensure correct billing.
- You independently analyse invoices from basic and supplementary insurance and identify potential savings.
- You initiate objections and recoveries of unjustified services from providers and insured persons and accompany them until completion.
- You further develop existing methods and thereby strengthen the quality of claims processing.
- You create individual correspondence as well as recipient-appropriate and legally compliant decisions.
What distinguishes you
- Professional experience in claims processing of a health insurance and/or in healthcare
- A federal specialist certificate as a health and/or social insurance specialist or willingness to obtain it after starting the position
- Very good tariff and medical knowledge
- Affinity for numbers and solid Excel skills
- Native German speaker – French or Italian is a plus
