On behalf of my client, a family business based on the Vaud Riviera, I am urgently seeking a
Certified Blind Technician (Manager)
- Proven experience in the field of blinds, closures, sun protection or a similar sector.
- Successful experience in team management and activity coordination.
- Strong technical skills in taking measurements and monitoring construction sites.
- Excellent sense of service and customer relations.
- Commercial ease and a taste for business development.
- Ability to work independently while uniting teams.
- Organisational skills, rigour and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good command of IT tools.
- Driving licence essential.
- Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 collaborators.
- Active participation in administrative organisation in collaboration with the site manager.
- Organise and plan interventions to optimise resources and deadlines.
- Carry out technical visits, take measurements and feasibility studies.
- Prepare quotes and advise clients on the choice of suitable solutions.
- Develop and retain a portfolio of private clients, architects, property managers and companies.
- Ensure active prospecting and represent the company with its partners.
- Supervise construction sites, installation quality and respect for deadlines.
- Provide technical support to installation teams.
- Manage supplier orders as well as site monitoring.
- Participate in the administrative and operational organisation of the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality and internal procedures.
- Be a driving force in the continuous improvement of the activity
