Clerk/Customer Advisor Social Insurance (a)

Tasks: 
In this exciting position, you will review benefits and assurances for the insured. You will process applications, calculate regulatory benefits, and ensure timely payment. You will record the granted benefits in the system and handle any correspondence in German and French. You will be the contact person for the insured, authorities, and social insurance institutions.
 
Requirements: 
To fulfil this role, you have completed a commercial basic education and further training in the social insurance sector or have gained several years of professional experience in social insurance. Your German and French skills are at a good level, and you can communicate very well both orally and in writing. Do you work precisely and can you set priorities? Do you count numerical flair, communication skills, and teamwork among your strengths?
