Role:
Good platforms arise where curiosity meets experience. As a Junior DevOps Platform Specialist, you will experience exactly this mix and work on a container environment based on OpenShift. Automation, clean release processes, and stable systems are part of everyday life here. Experienced engineers will accompany you and openly share their knowledge. With every step, you take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Together with experienced colleagues, you analyse disruptions and develop sustainable solutions.
You manage the OpenShift platform in operation and further develop its central DevOps components.

Qualifications:
You already have initial professional experience in software, system, cloud, or DevOps engineering.
You have practical experience with Docker and are at least familiar with Kubernetes or OpenShift from initial projects.
Pipelines based on the principle of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) are conceptually familiar to you.
Furthermore, Git is part of your toolkit, and GitOps appeals to you as the next learning step. Ideally, you have already tried tools like Tekton, ArgoCD, or TeamCity.
You also have initial contact with monitoring and logging, for example via ELK or Sentry.
Additionally, you convince with quick comprehension, systematic approach, and enthusiasm for teamwork, automation, and security.
