A Sales Administration Officer, from 50% to 100% at our La Chaux-de-Fonds site.

Established for over 20 years in La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the heart of the Jura arc, Elfix Production SA designs and manufactures exceptional Swiss Made components for high watchmaking.

YOUR ROLE

Main objectives

• Manage customer relations
• Enter and confirm customer orders
• Manage customer order portfolios in line with workload/capacity
• Process return and after-sales service orders

Management of customer order portfolio

• Check, enter into the ERP and confirm customer orders
• Ensure smoothing of order portfolios in agreement with customers and internal planning

Invoicing of customer orders

• Carry out invoicing of parts for shipment to customers
• Monitor customer weight accounts

Management of customer returns

• Handle returns and after-sales service requests, from receipt to production

Management of Sales Administration master data

• Manage master data related to order and invoicing processes in the ERP

Continuous improvement

• Be proactive in proposing improvements to Sales Administration processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM)
• Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in industrial logistics, especially in sales administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and adaptability to different interlocutors
• Ability to build relationships and facilitate constructive exchanges
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Organisational sense, rigour and method
• Team spirit and customer service orientation
