Sales Specialist in Hydraulics (m/f/d)

You manage existing customers and acquire new customers in the field of industrial hydraulics
You analyse customer needs and develop suitable solution concepts
You conduct product demonstrations, training, and technical advice on site
You prepare quotations, technical documentation, and reports
You coordinate projects between customers, technical teams, and sales
You support the further development of products and services
You ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
Completed technical training (e.g. automation technician, electrical engineer, mechanical engineering)
Experience in technical sales or field service, ideally in hydraulics
Technical understanding and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
