Technical Customer Service Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Receiving and forwarding customer concerns regarding service and repair

• Planning and coordinating orders, scheduling the necessary materials

• Preparing quotations and responsible for the complete service order processing from A to Z

• Responsible for optimal utilisation of the MFK test bench

• Supporting the planning of upcoming warranty and goodwill work

• Maintaining master data in the ERP system and contributing to process optimisations

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training

• Enjoyment of the vehicle or automotive industry

• Commercial training or on the way to it is an advantage

• Very good German skills and proficient use of IT programmes

• You score with your efficient working style and enjoy customer contact!
