Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent planning and realisation of demanding sanitary projects in new construction and renovation. You will manage projects from the kick-off meeting through calculation and execution to acceptance and bear responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs. In addition to project management, you will take on calculation and quotation preparation for projects in residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction and coordinate internal and external resources. Additionally, you will look after existing customers and support the acquisition of new projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of sanitary installations in new and renovation projects from the kick-off meeting to acceptance
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs and resources within the managed projects
Technical planning and design of drinking water, hot water, wastewater and drainage systems
Supervision and monitoring of construction execution as well as conducting quality and execution checks
Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, specialist planners and internal departments
Calculation and preparation of quotations and market-appropriate offers for sanitary installations
Handling projects in residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction
Coordination of internal and external project processes as well as planning of required personnel and material needs
Creation and processing of execution documents, change orders and project documentation
Independent support of existing customers and clients as well as technical advice for new projects
Support in acquisition, offer processing and project calculation
Accompaniment of commissioning, acceptance and project handovers as well as ensuring complete final documentation
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in the field of sanitary, for example as a sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary EFZ
Further training as a technician HF building services specialising in sanitary or comparable qualification is an advantage
Professional experience in project management, planning or execution of sanitary installations
Sound knowledge in calculation, quotation management and project execution
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines and Swiss installation standards
Confident handling of CAD applications and Microsoft 365
Very good German language skills for project coordination, quotation preparation and technical documentation
