Export Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development competence, and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and innovative strength are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer orders in international business
Coordinating delivery dates with production planning
Processing price and availability enquiries
Preparing export, shipping, and customs documents
Managing digital customs processes between Switzerland and the EU
Implementing new customs regulations in daily operations
Processing returns and issuing corresponding credit notes
Deputising for the Customer Service Manager in operational tasks
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with relevant professional experience
At least two years of practical experience in international export order processing
Further training in foreign trade is an advantage
Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding
Confident handling of rules of origin and EU VAT
Good user knowledge of MS Office and digital systems
Experience with ERP or export solutions, ideally IFS
Very good German skills as well as French and English
