Key Account Manager in the Construction Industry (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You will take over the telephone consultation and support of our customers
- Following customer enquiries and in close cooperation with the field service, you will prepare service offers, manage offer tracking and handle spare parts procurement
- Subsequently, you will take over order processing
- You are responsible for invoicing the orders
- You prepare credit notes and handle the resolution of complaints
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or technical education
- You can demonstrate initial professional experience, ideally in the construction supply industry
- You have a strong technical understanding or preferably also additional technical training
- You have very good PC skills (MS Office)
- Fluent German language skills.
