The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the City of Geneva supports the management of human resources for more than 4,000 employees distributed across six departments, covering a wide range of activity areas. This service, made up of around seventy people, provides cross-functional HR services in various fields such as training, health and safety at work, as well as the promotion of equality and diversity in the workplace. HR and IT Data Manager at 100%
Your mission and responsibilities
- Perform data extractions, format data, and produce statistics.
- Provide training and support to users, handle incident reports, assess them, process them, and ensure administrative follow-up.
- Install, configure, and ensure the proper functioning of workstations, their peripherals, and network equipment.
- Provide first-level maintenance of the service’s IT, office automation, and telecommunication resources and participate in the technical management of the IT infrastructure and the SAP/HR application.
Your profile
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT technician or IT specialist, technical or commercial, with at least 5 years of professional experience in IT support and assistance and individual IT operations, ideally in a public administration.
- Be proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as the SAP-HR software package.
- Possess excellent organisational skills and rigor, knowing how to prioritise activities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Be capable of working autonomously, in a team, and within a network.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills while respecting confidentiality.
