Senior Accountant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Role:
As an accounting specialist at our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for the accounting and financial statement preparation of selected companies. At the same time, you accompany the integration of new companies and help shape system implementations and migrations. In doing so, you combine day-to-day operations with project work and further develop the closing processes. The position is to start on 1 March 2027.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the ongoing accounting of selected companies and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP on time.
You accompany new companies through the entire accounting integration process, from assigning chart of accounts to successful go-live.
You actively drive system implementations and migrations and sustainably optimise the closing processes.
You independently handle special topics and short-term requests from the group, auditors, and management until completion.
In case of personnel shortages, you flexibly support the finance team in day-to-day business.
You plan your work packages proactively and continuously inform the finance management about the current processing status.
Qualifications:
You hold a Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by at least five years of solid professional experience.
You are proficient in Swiss accounting according to Swiss GAAP and VAT and confidently prepare financial statements at the individual company level.
Experience with multi-company structures and intercompany transactions complements your profile.
You use ERP systems routinely, preferably Abacus or Microsoft Dynamics. Ideally, you have already accompanied system implementations.
You combine strong Excel skills with openness to Power BI, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Your working style is proactive and solution-oriented, and you confidently switch between operational tasks and project work.
You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills for international exchange.
