Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the construction execution of interior architecture and architectural projects
- Coordination and management of construction projects regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Close collaboration with architects, interior architects and other project participants
- Supervision of construction sites and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Leadership of construction project teams and close coordination with external service providers
- Budget responsibility and cost control
- Customer care and consulting throughout the entire project process
- Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager with a focus on interior architecture / architecture
- Sound knowledge in the implementation of interior architecture and construction projects
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
