Actively shape modern Microsoft infrastructures and take responsibility for the operation, further development, and automation of a future-oriented ICT landscape. Together with internal and external partners, you will implement cloud and infrastructure projects and ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
You operate, maintain, and continuously develop Microsoft infrastructures with Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, M365, Azure, DNS, PKI, and Microsoft SQL.
You develop infrastructure, cloud, and service concepts and successfully implement them together with internal and external partners.
You support digitalisation and infrastructure projects and, depending on experience, take on partial or project management roles.
You package and distribute software using the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit and create the associated installation and operational documentation.
You plan, install, and support programmes as well as core and specialised applications.
You support the 3rd-level support with complex technical issues and sustainable problem-solving.
You actively contribute to the further development of the ICT landscape and the training of apprentices.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training or have several years of experience in the Microsoft system environment.
You possess solid knowledge in PowerShell, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Windows Servers, and software packaging.
Ideally, you have experience in ICT and cloud automation.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and bring team spirit as well as a quick grasp of things.
You are willing to occasionally work outside regular working hours.
You are fluent in German.
