Your role

• You are the first point of contact for our clients at the Lausanne agency, by phone and at reception, ensuring a professional, competent, and warm welcome.
• You advise our clients during personalised consultations and assist them in choosing attractive insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• You prepare customised offers, adjust insurance coverages, and manage as well as update client data.
• You actively maintain and develop relationships with our existing clients, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and contribute to acquiring new clients.
• You handle written requests independently, efficiently, and in accordance with Visana’s quality standards.
• You represent Visana enthusiastically during direct client contacts, by phone as well as at fairs and events, while pursuing your commercial objectives with commitment.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education or a complete basic training and have experience in client contact or sales.
• You enjoy advising clients comprehensively, solution- and goal-oriented, and communicate clearly, kindly, and convincingly, even in demanding situations.
• Your mother tongue is French, and any additional language is an asset.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and results-oriented manner.
• Ideally, you have already obtained the AFA insurance intermediary certification and are proficient with common MS Office tools.
