Sustainability Specialist (all) - Power Grid

Your field of impact

• You develop and implement the sustainability management of Power Grid based on the BKW sustainability framework and derive concrete goals and measures
• You prepare sustainability topics appropriately for the target audience and support executive management and management with well-founded decision-making bases
• Together with the specialist departments, you integrate sustainability into relevant processes, structures, and decision-making paths
• You initiate, accompany, and realise cross-departmental projects in the areas of people, climate, nature, and energy
• You manage sustainability goals and KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
• As a central contact person, you promote the sustainability culture, support compliance with relevant ESG requirements, and maintain internal as well as external networks

Your expertise

• Completed university degree and several years of experience in sustainability management with sound knowledge of relevant ESG and sustainability topics
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the energy, infrastructure, or industry-related environment
• Experience in leading demanding, cross-departmental projects from conception to implementation as well as in moderating workshops
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style as well as high independence and ownership
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with executive management and senior stakeholders as well as experience in building networks and partnerships
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
