You support the management in organisational and personnel matters and at the same time actively participate in the day-to-day operational business.

YOUR TASKS

• Co-responsibility for the organisation and coordination of administrative and operational processes in the emergency department
• Deputising for the head of emergency in their absence
• Professional support, guidance and promotion of the team in daily work
• Participation in duty planning, induction of new employees and further development of processes
• Care and monitoring of patients in the emergency department in cooperation with attending and hospital doctors
• Independent performance of all MPA activities such as laboratory, X-ray, ECG, infusions, blood sampling, venous cannulas and plaster casts
• Organisation and conduct of consultations together with our attending doctors
• Contribution to ensuring constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and smooth information flow

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or qualified nurse
• Experience in emergency care or a similar dynamic environment
• Initial leadership experience or interest in taking on leadership responsibility
• Further training in leadership is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• High resilience, flexibility and organisational talent
• Strong social skills, teamwork and loyalty
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts
