What you can achieve
- Independent and reliable processing of childcare contributions as well as ensuring uniform enforcement
- Advice and support for municipalities, care facilities and other stakeholders on professional and enforcement-related issues
- Participation in supervision and approval matters as well as in training and information events
- Co-design of efficient and uniform enforcement, further development of processes and work tools as well as ensuring the operation and further development of the IT application kiBon
- Administrative and organisational support of the department, including coordination, controlling and selected business processing
- Collaboration in projects, political matters and other cross-departmental tasks
What distinguishes you
- Commercial or comparable training (EFZ) and experience in administration or administrative and financial processing
- Confidence in invoice processing and financial administration
- Proficient use of digital tools and IT applications
- Experience in advising and contacting various stakeholders
- Experience in collaborating on and supporting projects
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as enjoyment in actively shaping processes
