IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you actively shape efficient IT operations and service processes that enable a secure and reliable digital environment. You take over the management and coordination of IT services, ensure stable systems and contribute to the smooth functioning of all applications for heating, cooling, ventilation as well as energy and storage solutions. You are responsible for the continuous optimisation of processes to ensure a seamlessly integrated interaction of products, systems and digital platforms. In doing so, you keep both technical requirements and user needs in view and ensure a reliable IT service level. Through your commitment, you make a direct contribution to future-oriented climate and energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You provide user support and ensure smooth IT operations in daily business
- In this role, you organise and conduct employee training on IT topics
- You coordinate the forwarding of complex IT issues to the system administrators at the corporate headquarters
- As IT operations and service management, you integrate and test new hardware and software solutions
- You install and configure Windows, intranet, Google applications as well as fixed-line and mobile telephony
- In this role, you maintain IT documentation and are responsible for material procurement and management
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a media technician, ICT specialist or computer scientist specialising in business informatics
- High customer orientation and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and requirements
- Initial professional experience in IT support
- Strong communication skills in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of working with others
