System Specialist (m/f/d)

The company supports customers through all phases of their communication projects – from conception through graphics and design to production and logistics. Additionally, magazines, book projects, and teaching materials are managed on a mandate basis. The scope of activities includes media design, image editing, proofreading, offset and digital printing, as well as comprehensive shipping logistics. Management, maintenance, and further development of the Microsoft/Cloud infrastructure including Azure/Entra ID, Exchange Online, M365, VMware, Defender, Sentinel, Veeam, and MS SQL
Administration of Microsoft client/server systems and network infrastructure as well as software distribution and packaging
Participation in IT service management and internal IT support
Independent leadership and participation in IT projects including process optimisation and digitalisation
Creation and maintenance of comprehensive IT and operational documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ with a focus on system technology or comparable qualification as well as initial professional experience
Strong initiative, resilience, and structured, solution-oriented working style
High willingness to learn and openness to new systems and technologies
Good social and communication skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with internal customers and teams
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
