Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Installation and commissioning of new high-performance punching machines directly at the customer's site
• Conducting diagnostics and fault analyses on drive modules such as Sinamics S120 and Simodrive 611
• Analysing and updating machine software on industrial computers with Beckhoff control
• Instruction and training of customers in the operation and maintenance of the machines
• Technical support for the customer internal service and the training team
• Active participation in electrical assembly during the induction phase

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electromechanic, automation technician, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience as a service technician in mechanical engineering, ideally in an international environment
• Structured, objective, and independent working style
• Resilient personality with strong customer orientation
• Good communication skills and good manners
• Native German speaker with good English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% to 80%
• Holder of a category B driving licence
