We are looking for you as a new team member to support us as a Business Partner Payroll with a workload of 80-100% from 1 October 2026.
Our task menu
- Independent handling of the monthly payroll processing in the assigned area
- Management of all personnel data from entry to exit
- Support of the time recording system including first-level support for deployment planning and absence management
- Processing of sickness and accident reports including daily allowance control
- Preparation of IV applications, EO registrations and child allowances
- Preparation of interim earnings forms and employer certificates
- Handling of diverse payroll correspondence
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of payroll processes
- Occasional assignments on certain Saturdays or public holidays for special payroll runs
Your recipe for success
- High degree of independence and reliability
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- Further training in social insurance
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SwissSalary, rexx, E3 or UKA is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- French skills are a plus
- You like to take responsibility
