Your tasks with the new employer:
- You independently manage payroll processing from A to Z and are responsible for entries and exits, accident, illness, EO and allowance cases, and prepare all relevant certificates
- As a contact point for time management, deployment planning, and absences, you support internal contacts and continuously improve existing processes
- You monitor daily allowance benefits and prepare necessary applications as well as employer certificates
- All payroll-relevant personnel changes from hiring to departure are correctly recorded, checked, and processed on time by you
You offer your new employer:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ and have at least six years of practical experience in payroll administration
- A completed further education in social insurance or payroll enables you to confidently handle complex benefit and billing cases
- Solid Excel skills as well as routine with modern payroll and HR systems distinguish you, with additional French skills being welcome
- Your working style is careful, independent, and solution-oriented, while you accompany internal stakeholders reliably and service-mindedly
