Your tasks with the new employer:
- You independently carry out payroll processes for several companies with around 1000 employees and ensure precise and timely salary processing
- Administrative tasks along the entire employee life cycle are structured and coordinated, including correspondence in German and French as well as maintenance of relevant personnel data
- In close cooperation with HR business partners and internal specialist departments, you continuously optimise existing processes and actively support the further development of modern HR structures
- The preparation of withholding tax and social security statements as well as professional communication with authorities, insurance companies and compensation funds complement the diverse range of tasks
You offer your new employer:
- You have completed commercial training with further education in HR, payroll or social security and thus bring ideal prerequisites for the position
- Several years of experience in HR administration or payroll accounting within an industrial, production or construction environment support your successful start in the role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with modern ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 F&SCM facilitate efficient and precise process handling
- A structured, discreet and team-oriented personality with very good German and French skills rounds off your profile perfectly
