Responsibilities:
Efficient handling of incidents and service requests at the standard workplace as well as close coordination with customers and specialist departments
Responsibility for standard applications and active participation in client and software standardisation
Creation of clear IT documentation, checklists and user guides that provide real added value to end users
Optimisation of processes and technologies through innovative solutions and practical implementation
Participation in exciting ICT projects as well as support in onsite support and on-call service when required
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or equivalent IT qualification
Experience in IT support for Windows 10/11 environments, ideally with ITIL knowledge
Structured, independent and reliable working style combined with strong analytical thinking
High service and customer awareness as well as excellent German language skills, spoken and written
