ICT Infrastructure Technician (m/f/d)
Role:
As a telematics and ICT system technician, you ensure that demanding electrotechnical installations are implemented reliably and faults are efficiently resolved. In this role, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of modern ICT solutions and contribute to ensuring that the technology used remains stable and available at all times. You apply your expertise to manage complex systems and solve technical challenges in a goal-oriented manner. You work service-oriented, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and ensure a high quality of your work. With your commitment, you actively shape the technical daily routine and help ensure that customers can rely on functioning ICT infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
You take on the installation, configuration and maintenance of telecommunications and network systems
In the private and SME environment, you manage telephony, smaller IT networks and independently resolve faults
You support customers with technical questions and create the necessary system documentation
You actively contribute to the further development of the product portfolio
Qualifications:
Training as a telematics technician, IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience with telecommunications and network technology, ideally 3CX
Experience in the private and SME environment as well as a category B driving licence
Fluent written and spoken German
