Whether in outpatient, paramedical and/or inpatient areas, you will handle a variety of cases reliably and with a focus on the needs of our insured persons.

Your scope of action

• Analyse and decide: verify entitlement to benefits and ensure processing in accordance with legal and contractual provisions
• Manage independently: examine cases, check statements and ensure rigorous and efficient processing of benefits
• Advise competently: support our insured persons and partners with professionalism, empathy and a service-oriented approach
• Share your expertise: pass on your knowledge, contribute to the development of the team’s skills and learn from your colleagues
• Collaborate daily: maintain constructive exchanges with various departments and promote cooperation based on trust and mutual support
• Improve our practices: identify opportunities for improvement and actively participate in optimising our processes and digitalisation

What you bring

• You have professional experience in processing benefits for a health insurance and/or social insurance
• You enjoy varied tasks that require analysis, rigour, good judgement and a strong sense of responsibility
• You are comfortable with digital tools and interested in new solutions that simplify and improve daily work
• You have perfect command of French (native language) and good knowledge of German (minimum B1 level), or you are a native German speaker with very good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level)
• You appreciate teamwork, are open-minded and place the satisfaction of insured persons at the heart of your priorities
• You are committed, reliable and positive, with a touch of humour that contributes to a good working atmosphere
