International networks, modern security technologies and exciting infrastructure projects. Sounds like a task for you? For our team, we are looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer (m/f/d) who reliably operates and continuously develops our global network and security infrastructure.
- Administration, monitoring and maintenance of Palo Alto Networks firewalls as well as ensuring secure and compliant configurations in all environments
- Handling and analysing incidents and service requests as well as conducting root cause analyses
- Planning and implementing corrective measures to sustainably and efficiently resolve disruptions
- Performing upgrades, changes and maintenance work on network and security systems
- Participation in international operational and infrastructure projects to improve network efficiency, security and automation
- You have extensive experience in operating and troubleshooting Cisco networks.
- You have good knowledge of working with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and in the field of network security.
- You bring experience with incident, change and problem management.
- You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex disruptions.
- You are interested in automation, modern network technologies and continuous optimisation.
- Good English skills are important due to our international environment.
- You enjoy working independently, are team-oriented and communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of our international, Cisco-based network with a focus on high availability, optimal performance and scalability- Administration, monitoring and maintenance of Palo Alto Networks firewalls as well as ensuring secure and compliant configurations in all environments
- Handling and analysing incidents and service requests as well as conducting root cause analyses
- Planning and implementing corrective measures to sustainably and efficiently resolve disruptions
- Performing upgrades, changes and maintenance work on network and security systems
- Participation in international operational and infrastructure projects to improve network efficiency, security and automation
Profile
- You have completed training or studies in computer science, network technology, telecommunications or a comparable qualification.- You have extensive experience in operating and troubleshooting Cisco networks.
- You have good knowledge of working with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and in the field of network security.
- You bring experience with incident, change and problem management.
- You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex disruptions.
