Job Description

Integrated into our Movement Development department, your main mission will be to lead the development projects of complicated movements from A to Z.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out preliminary studies and designs of new complicated mechanical movements
• Managing the technical file follow-up
• Performing kinematic simulations and finite element calculations
• Ensuring the fine-tuning of prototypes
• Providing technical support to cross-functional departments

Qualifications

• You hold a diploma as an ETS technician in watchmaking construction or a HES engineer in microtechnology or an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have an in-depth knowledge of watch complications (short time, long time, acoustic, regulations, etc.)
• Experience in intellectual property protection or in research and patent filing is a plus
• Organised and rigorous by nature, you demonstrate autonomy and have a very good risk analysis capability
• Proactive, you enjoy working in a team and exchanging across departments
