The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.
To support our Hospitality and Infrastructure service, we are looking for a:
Administrative Employee Hospitality & Infrastructure (M/F/D) on a 12-month fixed-term contract - between 80% and 100%
As an Administrative Employee Hospitality & Infrastructure, you provide daily administrative support to the Management and professionals of the sector. You work closely with the sector teams, the Foundation's establishments, support services, and external partners. You contribute to the smooth running of administrative activities by handling requests, various follow-ups, and updating necessary information and documents. Your role is versatile and evolving, allowing you to intervene in different areas such as the information system, technical service, telephony, vehicle fleet, purchasing, contracts, investments, and infrastructure projects. You join a team where collaboration, mutual support, and autonomy are important. Depending on the service's needs and organisational development, assigned tasks may also evolve.
YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification and have experience in the administrative field. You are comfortable managing files, administrative follow-up, and cross-functional work with several services. Organised, meticulous, and adept at prioritising, you have excellent command of common IT tools. Recognised for your excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and team spirit, you enjoy working with various stakeholders.
