Property Manager

Your duties

• Responsibility for the complete management of a portfolio of predominantly residential properties
• Preparation and control of the annual budget, including forecasts and the control and accounting of creditors
• Management and instruction of your own collaborators (including evaluations, setting annual goals and monitoring their achievement)
• Support and assistance to tenants, owners and facility management
• Responsibility for inspection and maintenance of properties as well as periodic condition assessments and reporting
• Management of lease contract adjustments, rent changes and indexed contract adjustments
• Supervision of current rent policy and advising owners on market rent structures
• Control and approval of credit invoices, management accounts and ancillary costs

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship with CFC or equivalent training
• Federal diploma as a property manager (obtained or in progress) and several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in the real estate sector
• Good knowledge of tenancy law (CO, CCS and LEF) and basic accounting knowledge
• Native Italian and/or German speaker; a good knowledge of the respective other national languages is an advantage
• Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in changes
• Competence, customer orientation based on partnership and results orientation
• Entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
