Responsibilities:
- Planning and design of ventilation and air conditioning systems for various types of buildings
- Creation of schematics and submissions for project implementation
- Conducting calculations and simulations to determine airflows and energy consumption
- Selection of suitable components and systems considering efficiency and sustainability
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners, such as architects, civil engineers, and suppliers
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Preparation of technical documentation and reports
- Supporting project management in project implementation
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specialising in ventilation, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in planning ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Good knowledge in preparing schematics and submissions
- Confident use of common planning software, e.g. AutoCAD, Revit
- Solid expertise in ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Independent and structured working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
