- Written and telephone customer support in German and (French)
- Support of sales processes
- Careful maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
- Support for field sales staff
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales
- Solid language skills in German and French in speaking/writing
- High level of personal responsibility as well as an independent and precise working style
- Strong technical understanding

Responsibilities
- Independent order processing from quotation preparation through order handling to invoicing- Written and telephone customer support in German and (French)

Profile
- Completed commercial training (focus on foreign languages from a technical environment) or basic technical training, ideally polymechanic/fitter/welder/carpenter- Several years of professional experience in internal sales
- Solid language skills in German and French in speaking/writing
- High level of personal responsibility as well as an independent and precise working style
- Strong technical understanding
