Are you passionate about interacting with customers in the lively daily atmosphere of a café? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. For our Caffè Spettacolo in Lausanne, we are currently looking for support for 16 hours per week, paid hourly.
You will be responsible for
- Welcoming and advising our customers with professionalism and friendliness, as well as actively selling coffee specialties and Italian snacks
- Freshly preparing hot and cold coffee specialties as well as bakery products
- Conveying genuine Italianità through excellent product knowledge and an authentic presence
- Confidently using the till
- Presenting our offer attractively and ensuring cleanliness and order in the work environment (including clearing and restocking)
What sets you apart
- Experience or training in catering or sales
- Strong customer orientation and sense of service
- Passion for caffè as well as an open and enthusiastic personality
- Very good knowledge of German
- Flexibility to work weekends as well as morning and evening shifts
