For the Oncology Day Clinic, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed

Med. Practice Assistant 60% – Oncology Day Clinic

Exciting challenges await you

• Care and reception of our patients in the day clinic
• Organisation and coordination of outpatient treatments and appointments
• Telephone support for patients as well as referring doctors
• Preparation and follow-up of patients for diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Carrying out nursing and medical measures such as blood sampling, vital sign checks, and venous access
• Assistance with examinations and treatments in the oncology day clinic
• Maintenance and updating of electronic medical records and administrative support
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other professional groups

What distinguishes you for the job

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
• Interest in oncology and enjoyment in caring for patients in challenging life situations
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Friendly, empathetic, well-groomed, motivated, and confident demeanour
• Flexibility, teamwork, and personal responsibility
