Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 125,000Our client is an established Swiss brand and manufacturing company with a strong presence in European markets. Responsibilities:
You contribute to the further development and administration of the entire IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Office 365, Intune, and Active Directory
You take technical responsibility for the operation and maintenance of virtualised server environments (VMware, Hyper-V) as well as for storage solutions and network components
You implement and manage backup and recovery solutions and proactively monitor system availability and security
You configure hybrid cloud infrastructures and develop automated processes for system maintenance and deployment
You document system configurations, conduct change management processes, and work closely with international IT teams
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (EFZ) with further qualification in information technology or system engineering
At least 5 years of professional experience in supporting complex IT infrastructures in an international context
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory
Experience in administering virtualised environments (VMware, Hyper-V) as well as in the network area (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
Very good English skills in spoken and written form, high problem-solving competence, and systematic working method
