Role:
In this role, you will take responsibility for payroll accounting and independently manage various payroll mandates. You ensure correct and timely payroll processing and are the contact person for questions regarding payroll administration and social security. At the same time, you work in a traditional fiduciary environment and support adjacent areas of financial accounting as needed. You will deepen your experience in client management and continuously expand your expertise in payroll. Through your payroll-oriented working style, you contribute significantly to professional client support.
Responsibilities:
You independently and punctually manage payroll accounting for various clients
You handle entries and exits, changes, withholding tax, social security, and year-end tasks
You are the contact person for clients on payroll-related questions
You prepare payroll statements, evaluations, and reconciliations related to payroll accounting
You support the processing of social security declarations and official notifications
You collaborate in financial/client accounting
You contribute to the development and optimisation of payroll processes
Qualifications:
You must have experience in the fiduciary sector; a fiduciary specialist certificate or comparable training/continuing education is an advantage
You have experience in payroll, payroll accounting, or personnel administration with a strong payroll focus
You are familiar with social security, withholding tax, and payroll-related year-end tasks
You work precisely, service-oriented, and appreciate direct client contact
You communicate very well in German
