- Calculation, acquisition, schedule and quality control, AVOR, cost monitoring and billing
- Site-specific staff management and support
- Independent, economical and technical management of demanding construction projects
- Competent contact person for clients and business partners
- Company vehicle (with private use)

- You have completed a technical basic training with further education as a construction foreman, master builder, HF technician or engineer
- Road or structural foreman with ambitions for further training

- MS Office as well as SOBRA knowledge are an advantage
- You bring pronounced social skills and negotiation skills
