In this role, you take on the independent management of demanding electrical engineering projects and steer their successful implementation from planning to completion. You lead and develop your project team, coordinate collaboration with clients, architectural firms, and specialist planners, and represent the company as a competent contact person. Additionally, you actively contribute to the further development of the organisation, employees, and corporate culture.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and execution of medium-sized electrical engineering projects with increased technical and organisational complexity
Planning, control, and monitoring of all project phases considering quality, deadlines, and objectives
Leadership, support, and professional development of the project team
Coordination and communication with clients, architects, specialist planners, and other project partners
Ensuring solution-oriented collaboration between internal and external parties
Assuming a representative role as a competent contact person towards customers and partners
Active participation in corporate development and promotion of a positive team and corporate culture
Supporting employees through coaching, knowledge sharing, and fostering their professional development
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training with further education in building technology electrical engineering (FH, HF or federal certificate)
Several years of practical experience in planning and implementing electrical engineering projects
Sound understanding of electrical building solutions and complex project processes
Experience in project management and enjoyment in leading and supporting teams
Strong communication skills and confident demeanour when dealing with various stakeholders
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
Openness to new technologies, methods, and innovative working practices
Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and actively supporting employees in their development
Team-oriented personality with high social competence and enthusiasm for collaboration
Fluent German language skills
